Raining, pouring...

Been kind of one of those "when it rains it pours" kind of weeks.
First there was the debacle with the road workers destroying the cable to my house, leaving me without phone, internet and TV.
Then Naomi saw this woman giving away kittens that she had found abandoned, and I decided to take them in for the rescue (not keep them, just foster them until they can be found a home). Unfortunately, one was much younger than the others, so I have to bottle feed her. But at least she's thriving.
Then last night my car wouldn't start at first. So I ended up taking it to Autozone (receipt in hand, since the old battery isn't even 2 years old). They tested the battery, which was fine, and cleaned the connections, which weren't. At least that one didn't cost anything but time.
Then this morning the real estate agent who sold my house last year tells me the buyers are complaining that they had to have the septic tank cleaned, $2500, what can we do for them? Huh? Why should we do anything. Well, the transfer form said the house was connected to the sewer. Don't know how that happened, I know I mentioned septic tank when we did the listing. Sigh. This is going to cost money, I just know it is.
So how was your week?

uggghh.....that sucks so much. sorry you are having such a crap-tastic week! Hopefully though it means karma has so many good things in store for you in the near future that it had to make you sweat a little first. Have you bought a powerball/mega bucks lottery ticket yet this week? sounds like you are due for some GOOD luck!

Well, it seems that you have had a full-troubles-week. And we are on Friday, but I hope the troubles are going to finish. My week was normal, but I don't want to sing victory. At least this week I want a week without difficulties. Take care. :)
