What's your favorite food in burning hot summer?
I will choose Mapo Beancurd. The beancurd with a taste of spicy is so tender and juicy. when eating that , you will sweat . And that's really cool .
Did you ever eat that ? Or maybe you want try it.
PS:I am a chinese and that's a chinese dish.

That sounds interesting, even though i am not generally one to eat a lot of spicy foods. When it gets really hot here in the summer, i tend to eat a lot of salads, either just cold veggie/lettuce salad using lots of fresh produce that is readily availiable the time of year, or creamy pasta salads. I tend to go for things that are cold, and don't require much/any cooking as i hate heating up the house more by using the oven!
