I got a loan from the bank and I have to pay $300 monthly. Because I needed a treatment for my teeth I asked for a new loan, then I must pay $50 additionally. My monthly fee became $350 and it was affordable for me. I am used to make advanced payments, thus I paid in advance first $100 and yesterday $110. I though I had only $140 to pay. But when I read the voucher, stand there that I had still $190 to pay. Of course I did a claim by the phone inside the bank, but the service is so slow and really bad. Frequently the phone connection get lost and you need to call again. The person on the other side of the line says, please wait a moment and that moment can be 10 minutes. When he come back and want to say the reason of the overpayment the connection suddenly get broken. And why I have to do an overpayment?, because the first $100 have they directed to pay two fees of $50. It means that my next fee will be only of $300, but for now I need to pay $50 more than I thought.

Oh I know, I have recently had to take out a lot of loans due to family issues twice. It is hard to catch up, but I do believe I have a handle on it. It is frightening to think that you may get behind in payments and they sure do not catch you a break at all.
I wish you the best in managing your money Rick. Perhaps some new venture in writing over at Bubblews will help
