Prevention Magazine (click 'Skip Ad' after the countdown on the AdFly-site below) said that a new study from the National Institute of Health and the AARP showed that drinking 4-or-more cups of coffee a day decreases your chances of depression %10. (Other studies say you only need 2 or 3 cups to be perked-up.)
And it's not just the caffeine (cola & other sweetened drinks actually RAISE your risk of depression), but a Ph.D. epidemiologist at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences traced it to an antioxidant in coffee, that also delays Alzheimer's disease & protects you against type-2 diabetes.
But keep it to 3 or 4 cups-a-day ... I forget why you don't want more, but you might not want to remember. Do you?

Do you know how that affects a pregnant woman? I get really bad headaches so the coffee is helpful with that cause of the caffeine but my depression level has shown no difference :(
