Is it possible to be fully happy?

To be quite honest right now i have a pleasant and enjoyable life with a stable relationship, a loving family and no financial problems whatsoever, and i suppose i should be happy.
However somehow i am constantly afraid of losing most of the things meaningful to me, because i see people who suffer day by day and i am questioning myself why do i deserve these things and they don't? I strongly believe in equality and kharma and i do not believe that i am truly deserving of what i have or that people who can not enjoy the same standard of living are in any way less deserving that i am.
I am not trying to be ungrateful for what i have and i do try to help those in need, i simply wish to understand this constant nagging thought.

Don't feel bad I have felt this way for years before I was directed to The WORD of GOD. We were not created for things we were created for HIS pleasure. Man can not live by bread alone and happiness without HIM isn't going to happen its temporal 2 Timothy 3:16,17
