I have worked for more than 10 years,and I am tired to work for others.That can't earn much money.So what can I do?Where can I start from ?

Guess best start from what you most familiar with,
if you almost knew every details of the business,
if you already have enough human resources related your business,
if you have enough money,
you may go for it.
