Responding to a person who has responded...

I would like to know how many of us would like to have the name of the person whom we are going to respond to written just below where it says 'respond to discussion'. I think it is important to address someone before you 'speak' to them. How do you feel about that?

I think then the person who receives it would feel very close to the person who's replying as if he is addressing him direct. I think its nice as we are forming very close friendships via myLot.
By the way, how are you after a long time? I'm really sorry I couldn't come to your discussions recently and converse with you. I missed you. Take care and good luck

I dont really see the point....the button isn't that far away from the persons name at the top of their discussion, and I hate when people always say my name whenthey talk to me, its annoying

I agree with you HerShe, it would be nice because I also like to address a person by name, at least part of the time. It looks like your wish is their command, because I see your name in that very spot unless I am mistaken about where you are speaking of. I didn't notice that change until now.
