Is Bubblews actually paying?

The reason I ask is because I cashed out on Friday (It's now Sunday), and the message said I would see something in 24 hours. It's now been over 48 hours. I've read a few recent discussions that people have not been paid by Bubblews!! It seems they don't even respond when you contact them. Can anybody tell me how long they should take?
