How can you +Smile when You look on the thing your going thru? How can you +Laugh when you know what you are going thru? How can you stop listening to the +Sad songs? How can you get out of +Bed when your in so much pain? How can you stop +Crying ? How can you stop the thoughts from popping into your head and remind you of what you are crying for? How can you stop the +Pain ? How can you stop feeling so +Alone ? How can you stop the feeling of +Depression from coming over? How can you stop your self from dying a little inside every day? HOW CAN YOU??

Ups! I think you are depressed. You have to move on. Life keeps going again and again! Try to make new things, change your routine, make exercise. Love yourself much more! Get a great hobby. I can smile by suppressing my sorrow. I just lough to prove that I bother nothing. I love sad songs. These are hard to stop. I go to drawing room and listen sad songs to get relief from pain. I wash my face to stop crying. I begin to think that I am crying like a fool and that helps me to sop crying. I go to balcony and look at the street and see people are running and then I feel I'm not lone and also get relief from depression. I feel that life is one and final and so I try to enjoy the life and for get of dying.
