Nowadays companies are putting more and more restrictions to gain a job position. The hiring process has changed throughout the years. I have seen companies that hire third party companies to bring in new employees. Little do they know that the company as a whole is wasting their time with people who are incompetent. If they would put more effort into their human resources department, they would see and hire potential employees. It doesn't matter whether or not you have a degree, what makes a person be successful is their life experience in the real world. Is there any individual that share the same notion?

Nowadays, I see so many Chinese student going to your country to pursue a master degree in order to get a good job in China or USA. As a person from China, I could say it is very important to have a degree in China during gainning.a job position. However, I don't know the situation in USA. Could you tell me about your idea.
