Where Can I Get Faked Diploma and Transcript of Records In Davao City?

My friend is having a problem right now and he is asking for my help he needs a faked diploma and TOR from his college in order for him to prove to his brother that he was graduated from the college. He graduated from nursing last 2009 and he has no cases at all since he doesn't like his course he realized it when he is in his fourth year college so he thought to finished it but there's no plan to take the board exam nor expand his nursing career. He doesn't want to use that papers in job application cause he has already a job right now and he was very happy about it the only reason why he wants to get those documents faked so that he can proved to them. Once this already done he is planning to process his original copies of diploma and TOR in the long run. I hope anybody can share some of your experience. He is in Kidapawan City Philippines right now and he is looking forward to get those docs soon and how much should he pay for it. Share your views guys.
