It's a proven scientific fact today that we must be careful how we think. Not to drive yourself crazy being afraid of every negative thought you have, but of course, to make it a habit to repeatedly dwell on things that are uplifting and positive. "The Secret" is my inspiration for this post, a very well written and well taught lesson for those who are just beginning to understand this great powerful tool we've been given, the mind. For those who may not know, "The Secret" is a book written by Rhonda Byrne (there is also a dvd, very good to watch!). But back to the topic, I just wanted to remind everyone about how important it is to use our thinking process to manifest more and more of the positive things in this life, because we all can do wonders each day to help lift up ourselves, and one another :) Remember, thoughts attract like experiences! Think Positive. *Peace*

i don't know so much about positive thought attracting positive actions....(or the inverse...negative thoughts causing negativity)....i think it is more just how a person thinks and looks at things. for example.....if lightening strikes a tree outside your home...it falls down and causes minimal damage to a neighboring house...someone with a positive outlook would be thankful that the tree didn't strike their house and didn't harm anyone when it fell on the neighbors.....someone with a negative outlook would concentrate more on the fact that that could have been their house and/or someone could have been hurt........which thought is more spiritually up-lifting? and does thinking one way or the other really make better things happen to you? or are you just able to take the bad things with a "spoon full of sugar (a la mary poppins)) and so it comes off more as things could have been worse...
