Of course,Chinese is the great choice,with over 1.35 billion speakers all over the world,and it's also one of the official languages of U.N. Many foreigners open up markets to China just because they master the Chinese language very well,it's basic,actually.

Afrikaans were said to be easy to learn. There is a language known as Esperanto. its an artificial language with 9 million speakers around the world, Esperanto is said to be easy to learn.
