HI there, I am xiaohong, now I am very upset.I work on a new job for three days, but it makes me very nervous. When I interviewed the job, the boss agree give me 2500 RMB per month.and If I quit the job or get fired within 7 days, I won't get any salary. But at the first day I sign the contract, the salary and work years imformation are blank! After filled my name and date, they took back the contract without sign anything to the conctract by them. Then they let me sign two aggreement about the copyright protection of their products, if I leak any product information or do the same work within 2 years after quit the job, I will pay 50-100 thousand penalty to them. I think that not fair, but I signed them too. Then the boss told me that in these 7 days,I will not have any chances to contact customers, I just can read procedure of work, they called it training, but I feel they avoid me to see customer's information until they decide to let me keep on stay here. On the other hand, I think the company is very selffish, they do everything to protect themselves and not provide any protection for employees. But job hunting is very difficult, I don't know how to go on with the job which do not provide safe feeling for me. Besides, I have another job now, but the job have nothing to learn, and it is boring, should I get back to my old job then hunting for another job or keep on stay in the current job? I need your advice urgently, I am so confuse now.

You see every job will come to you with pros and cons and it will have some minus and plus points. While working as an employee you need to adjust with the requirements of your employer. The earlier you could adjust with your employer, better it is. All the best.

I hate change, change jobs means I have to adjust everything. But my ex boss never give me a raise or promotion, my ex job couldn't give me any useful experiences of job but ease feeling. Then I choose leave. On the last day, my ex partner asked if any co-worker can introduce someone to replace my position? Then one girl said: no way, this low job and low salary, who is will to come here? One that moment, I feel I am so stupid! I spend almost 2 years on the job which everybody look dowm on!!! What a shamed!

Why not wait until after the 7 days and see what happens and then decide.

My friend, glad to tell you that I already to make the desicion--choose the new job. Even though there is exist something unequal things makes me uncomfortable. But compare to the old job, it provide ways for me to learn more knowledge, even though I already graduated from university for 3 years, I almost waste 3 years to do nothing----changed jobs, waste time on a low salary boring job, I need to restart and try my best to learn something from now on.

that sounds a little odd to me....as if they don't trust the people they are hiring. Maybe they have been burnt in the past (meaning that when they have let new people have TOO much access to the information, and the info got abused) but at the same time i would be afraid they are hiding something about the job from me. I guess it all depends on how much you think you will like this job once you are allowed full access to the resources......it is a tough call...

Due to the economic not so good, It is hard to find a job, that I quit the current job and join the new fty. Coz I can learn more in the new job. I am not the kind of people who can hunt a job easily, not enough experience, no friends or relatives who can to introduce a good job to me, All I should do is depend on myself. I already made my choice, wish me good luck from now on !!! Thanks for your disscusion.
