Every time i Want to recite words,i am very sleepy!

can you please explain what you mean by recite words? recite means to either "repeat words from memory" (such as by giving a speech) or to "give an account of" meaning to tell someone/an audience about something (like reciting the adventures you had on your last vacation).... Do you mean that when ever you want to speak/type (like here on mylot) you get sleepy? Is that because it is late at night there?
