Many people think that all fats are bad cholesterol, but that is not true. Here's the truth of the matter. Everybody needs good fats for healthy living. Why? Healthy fats are very necessary for brain health, heart health and the skin which is the largest organ of the body. For instance, the brain is a fatty organ, therefore, good fats are a main source to keep the brain in a stable condition. In fact, maybe I should say one of the main sources. Fats such as good oils like olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil, flaxseed oil, to name a few. You cannot go wrong ingesting good fats. Please note that there are many other oils that are consumed daily that aren't very healthy for the wellbeing of our bodies so it is a good idea to be informed before making buying decision.
