Always a good business sense to buy when prices are at record low and then sell when the market gets strong. Unfortunately, many people get paranoid when no one is buying, the house bubble should never be shunned, in many cases, its a blessing in disguise for many. Empty lands are good investments to think about as well, because, in such cases, no trouble with a property if rented or even to maintain. Buy land and hold can be a treasure in the end. Just a thought I decided to put out there. Investors are passing up some great opportunities just about now and might regret it later. Cheers!!
