so weak to stop myself from seating ahead of the computer?

oh, I am weak! Every day starting morning to night, I just can't help myself to stop using computer... I can sit front of it without eating, sleeping... God, why I am so weak at it? I hate that.

Calling yourself names doesn't help! Yes eat/sleep etc going for a pee?, making a meal? Program 'go for a walk' it helps to remind you and is SO irritating!111111111111111 Sympathies
