Business is about responsibility. When you raise a child, you will take care, nurture and provide the best for his or her needs to grow and become successful. This is call responsibility as parents. It goes the same in business, we need to take charge and take the responsibility to grow the business to ensure its success. According to Robert Kiyosaki, there are 4 categories of people in the business world: 1) Employee 2) Self employed 3) Business owners 4) Investors Category 1 & 2 comprised of 80% of the people in the business world who will actually fail in business because of their mindset "I'll try". As for another 20% falls into category 3 & 4 whose mindset will say "I'll make it work" So, in which category we want to be? DEFINITELY 3 & 4. Those who fail, will blame other external factors for their failure. (eg: insufficient funds, no time, etc). But they never ask themselves what i haven't done to make it work. Those who succeed in business, will take charge because they know this is their business, this is their responsibility. The right mindset is very important to succeed in any business.
