Has anyone took these supplements , and how good did it work , cause im currently having issues regulating my menstrual cycle , and i need a little faith and hope :)

Hello. I don't know anything about Vitex but I'm also having issues with my cycle. My doctor suggested pills and said that my period is messed up due to stress. Have you visited your physician?

I went to a walk-in clinic this lady just gave me a blood test to do and put me on more birth control, i obviously did not take it ,i mean why put more synthetic hormones in my system when it just F***ked me up, so i read and read online till i found vitex ,i think it worked a lot for many, im tryin
