money is not the be all end all of a job/career, though sometimes it can be the tipping point of making a choice to change. You need to look at a few different things.....are you doing something that makes you happy to do? Can you see yourself doing this for a long period of time and will it full fill your life goals? Money/salary is always an issue........but would you rather do a job you love, and make a little less.....or hate yourself for the job you are doing, but you are making more money. It all comes down to your "internal" feelings..

Thanks for your comment fruitcakeliz! I've been doing my first work for three years and now i feel bored about it, now i need to change another job, but you know sometimes you will never know your feeling to one job until you tried it. Now i am lost and do not know how to choose my next job. By the way, did you ever been bothered by the complicated coworker relationships in a company ?

@amandarao it is certainly hard to give up something you have been doing for a while to go into uncharted territory like a new job. If you ar ein a place where you can do it, then i say give it a try......
as to your question about having complicated relationships with a co-worker, i would like to see one person say they have not! Just as in school, when you have a job where you worl with others, you are going to run into someone along the way who you don't get along with.
