Insane Skywire Nutjob!

Last year I watched this Nik Wallenda guy walk across Niagara Falls, but it wasn't very good. Tons of lead-up, a safety latch, too dark, and no real drama. I felt more tinglies in my feet while watching Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. So I'm hoping tonight's Skywire over the Grand Canyon is a lot better. No safety line supposedly, and it's daylight, so I'll be able to see the height! Being incredibly scared of heights, I'm hoping to be on the edge of my seat. Last year's walk about put me to sleep. The only thing that really bugs me is the whole lead-up. It said 8pm, but he probably won't walk it until 10pm (est). So this is going to cut into the season finale of Veep. And while I'd never root for the guy to fall to his death, that's always a real possibility here. Not sure how I'd take it. I'd probably feel really bad for his family, but I, like many, would be shouting "DUH! How did you think it would end?" Well, here's hoping the guy doesn't fall. But at the same time I'm really rooting for some high drama this go 'round.
