I need help on resseting my epson tx117

Our cis printer model epson tx117 keep saying "general Error". I keep checking if theres a paper jam, or theres a problem with the hose. But all seems ok. Still it says "general Error"

do you have the manual for it. manuals are pretty boring, but when something like this happens, its pretty handy.
