I dring cofee once a day and Tea twice a day. I think Cofee is bad for the health, but i love to drink cofee any time.

twice...1 for in the morning..and 1 in the evening, its quite funny still i was able to sleep at night even i drink a cup of coffee before i go to sleep...

Coffee at least once a day. Sometimes have it as a nightcap as well. Hmmm...kind of oxymoronic since coffee is supposed to keep you up.
