Do your kids hate veggies or plants?

How do you get kids to eat veggies. My 4 year old nephew calls lettuce a tree. And veggies, plants. He says he doesn't eat trees and plants. He'll eat that nasty chicken nugget stuff from the fast food place with who knows what is in it, but won't touch a beautiful green lettuce. No matter how I try to disguise it. How do you get kids to eat their greens?
