I tend to go with classic wrapping. I'm not very good at it, unfortunately! If I'm picking up a last minute gift, I tend to go with bags, though.

Lstely, I sent gifts to my family back to the Philippines:) through balikbayan box, some were wrapped by myself, others were just in a paper bag with their names on. But I always like to wrap gifts, customize the ribbon and even make a paper bag myself, I was just sooo busy with mylot lately that I decided not to wrap all the gifts myself:)+

oh so you blame mylot for everything???? lol i think putting the "padala" that way is common when you send gifts to your families here..we have several family friends who keeps on sending gifts every now and then and that's the way they do it:p sometimes they just label it with masking tape and write our names on the masking tape:p

I don't really care about the wrapper, as long as the gift is nice.
Once I bought an Mp4 for a friend and I had no paper to wrap. I used the newspaper. lol
He laughed at the wrapping, but loved the contents:)

Yes I use wrapping paper...I do my best to make it look as horrible as possible for fun. It is going to be ripped apart anyway so why take the time to make it look pretty?
