My cousin had her chest xray saying Suspicious densities in the right upper lung

She had PTB 2 years ago and she undergone treatment for 6 months. Then she had another chest xray last day for her employment requirements--saying Suspicious densities in the right upper lobe. She went to the doctor for Physical assessment to get her "fit to work certificate" -- Then the doctor said that the xray ray results is like PTB. Her doctor did not give her fit-to-work certificate. then ask her for a lordotic view. We just want to ask if she is suffering from another PTB or is this just a SCAR from her previous PTB??? IS IT POSIBLE TO BE A CLEAR XRAY RESULT?? THANK YOU VERY MUCH
