I moved into a new one bedroom apartment building to move away from my upstairs neighbor who was bothering me. The first week in my new apartment was great until my new neighbors came back. I can hear them talking when they are in their bedroom. Our kitchens share a wall and I can hear every conversation and smell the food they are cooking. They must hear me too. The problem now is the man in the home shouts insults at me from their kitchen. I am a single woman working from home. In my locality the caretaker or the owner of the building does not care how tenants relate. What would you do if you were in my position?
