He's not seeing the reality of the situation and unless he plans to be involved in your lives 100% (which is doubtful because no mature, responsible man would be trying to impregnate a young woman who he isn't even married to), none of this will have much effect on his life. It'll be your life that will be changed once a child is involved. Not something you should have to be thinking about until you are fully prepared and ready. If he keeps pushing it, then I'd say that its time to let him go. No need to have someone in your life who can't respect your wishes.
