How to learn English well

Now I am 31 years old, In chinese there is a word ” ????“,that means when we are 30 ,we should make a little success for our career life or make decision what you should do to support the whole family. I konw English is very very important for my career, good english means good opportunity.So I want to make a huge progress in english.

I have the same confusion too. I tried many ways to improve English. Pity that i did not persist on any of them. It can not be interrupted even one or two days. Especially in an environment that does not use that language. That is why i am here. I do hope to make friends and express better everyday. Good luck to you!
