Its so hot!!! I feel that im going to be melted outside

The tempereture is terriblely high.This is a so hot summer.I would rather stay in my office than going anywhere.BUT........i have to be on my bussiness trip. My shirt drenched in a few minutes when i walked in the street with my bag on my back. I even get an idea to stick out my tongue like a dog,if it would be effectively to be cool. How about your citys guys? Is it a terrible summer or a comfortable summer? I feel......i am going to die!!!! anyone can help me!!!!
