You should visit the vet soon as possible. Make sure the cage and any items in there are kept thoroughly clean. The water bottle should be cleaned and filled with fresh water each day. There is some more information at this link

@chelseygrey101 I figured that. I'm just saying so as to keep the hamster from getting sicker or whatever. The most important thing is that you see a vet.
