What's the difference between animals and human beings?

One day I thought to myself what is life what is the difference? I kept on and on thinking, so then and on that evening I begun to realize how blessed we are not just by our brain which made the 7 wonders of the world and wrote the greatest of novels but also has the loving heart that can love, hate and feel all these emotions.(I AM NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE BECAUSE I DON'T HATE ANIMALS INFANT I LOVE THEM I AM JUST TRYING TO EXPRESS HOW GREAT THE HUMAN RACE IS.)

Yeah, Humans are higher animals as taught by the science. The difference between Man and animal was the knowledge/Creative mind but there are some natural things we do just like animals like eating and so on.

suddenly I remeber a words that animals living is for eating ,while humans eating is for live. maybe this is a difference between animals and hunmans.

Humans are animals. There is no difference except that humans assume they are the smarter of the species. We really haven't a clue.

Exactly!! I don't think that we are any better than animals.Human beings can do a lot of things which the animals can't.But its not our greatness that made us what we are today, it's the mother nature.

when i began my freshman life in class.my teacher of the basic tenets of Marxism gave me a topic .what is the difference between human beings and animals?
Finally ,we got the point that the difference is that human beings possess emotions both are rational and emotional ,but animals are just emotional.

Human beings are created according to God's image and likeness. Genesis 1:27 And God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Man have dominion over the fish, birds, cattle, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. Man is God's kind. Animals were created according to their kind. Man is special and superior than any animal because man was created according to the image and likeness of God in order to represent and express God. Man has 3 parts---spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23) and animals only have body and soul (compose of mind, emotion and will). Man has a spirit which is compose of conscience, intuition and fellowship. Man worship God and fellowship with God. Animals doesn't do that because they don't have a spirit. Only man has a spirit to contact God, receive God,and be filled with God and thereby express God.

our god grant us brain , so we are better than animals .
we can think , invent , study , learn different things
animal just eat and sleep no more
