MY EYES ARE PAINFUL

That's because they need a break. They aren't meant to be studying non stop. Shut them for a while. It may help to exercise them too and prevent this problem in the first place by shifting your focus else where about every 20 minutes or step out side for a bit.

You're right,but,em~I cannot deny that I use mobile phone too much.Well,just because I am a senior student and we members of the student committee are guides for the new fish now,we will always be there whenever they have any questions.A little tired,but so cool,so happy.And~may I tell you that I have just finish our summer volunteering,a team work.I really enjoy it,although,the sun made me a roast duck@_@
