Sims3 free money $6,000-19,000!!! NO JOB, NO PAINTING, NO WRITING NO FISHING AND NO CHEAT!!!

Ok it will be very easy :D , first create a sim in sims3 with kleptomaniac trait. Then move into a house (obviously) after moved go to Edit Town. It ill say save game and continue, Click Yes and then choose an empty lot ( I prefer the seaside areas) and then edit lot... just make a small wall (only wall and not room) in front of the lot and place three most expensive cars. (expensive cars cost $1,00,000 but if you sell it will be $6,730 or so....) and edit lot using town edit option because governments money. Ok then click return to game it will promot to save click yes and now you are with your sim in your lot after 7:00PM and Before 4:00AM give the lot a chase if you use town map it will say no one lives here. But just zoom that lot with the expensive cars and go there and after you are near the cars click on the fround and an option will come "Sweep Something" click it and your sim will steal a car after that do it to the 2nd followed by the 3rd and go to your own lot and sell them!!! :) incase you have a problem email me (tuhinsubhrosardar@gmail.com) Happy Stealing :P :P :P!!!!
