job interviews

I have been into several interviews for the past four months, and I noticed that interviewers differ from one another (which is really true, right?). So I'm confused about what answers should I really give them. I remember the feedback that was given to me by an interviewer and told me my answer sounded like it was scripted. Imagine that there were like ten of us applicants inside the interview room and only one question was asked.
I was the first one he asked, so I was really wondering why did my answer sounded scripted for him. And if I did, he could've asked me follow up questions right?
So every time I will go to an interview I expected different styles of interviewers.

so that type of interview is called a group interview. it is like a group discussion. it is a good way to see how your future employees will interacte with each other. Plus it shows the employer that that the future employees can have a discussion and then if they everyone that was in the discussion leaves happy then that also shows that the employees are happy then the cusotmers are going to be happy also

I've interviewed many people over the last 20years or so, and for several diffeent jobs - admin,to youth work for example. Yes interviewers are all different, we're individuals after all, but equal opportunities demand that we ask every interviewee the same questions, also there are some questions that can't be asked like do you plan a family or how will your kids be cared for. Followup questions are therefore tricky. I don't have a problem with 'scripted' responses; they at least imply the interviewee has thought about the interiew. I like evidence thogh that a candidate has listene to MY question and responded accordingly. So take a tip; an interview is a formal, guided conversation about your skills, abilities and trustworthiness, questions will be based on the job description and searching the web as suggested is VERY, VERY rare. An interview shoud not ask awkward or difficult questions, you are being assed as to how well you'll fit with the team and your ability to do the job. Try not to be threatened or nervous about an interview; treat it as an opportunity to boaat uninteribtinly about ME for an hour or so.

The interviewers always go to the website to search questions to ask, so they don't have many feedback about that. And always every interviewer will have different feedbacks.

Hello~Well...I do not mean to offend you, but I think those interviewers are not to blame. Sadly, we cannot expect those normal interviewers to prepare some fabulous questions which are not general. The fact is that through some general questions, interviewers are able to test if we have something new in our thoughts and if there's a kind of one-of-a-kind inspiration in our mind that can seperate us from normal people. But, indeed, we are always hoping for a good interviewer who is, well, maybe humorous enough that we even wanna make a friend with him/her~XD
