Anyone played the Kid Icarus game?

It is actually a NES game that has a sequel for the Nintendo 3DS. I have played all the Kid Icarus games and I am a bit disappointed with the latest one which is more an action game does not really resemble the original games which is a 2d-scroller like the original Mario game. But at least they have added a shooting part on the game which I really like as well as making him a character in the coveted Super Smash brothers games as well as toy merchandises like the Kid Icarus toy below.

Not I, but I did see the article. These toys fit my taste rather than the Tom and Jerry. Too bad I'm saving for other things at the moment.
