Bradley Manning was found guilty of most of the charges against him, but not of aiding the enemy.
I bet anybody in the press who is willing to print leaked information is breathing a huge sigh of relief right now.
FORT MEADE, Md. (AP) — More than three years after U.S. Army Pfc. Bradley Manning was arrested for giving classified secrets to WikiLeaks, a military judge acquitted the former intelligence analyst Tuesday of aiding the enemy but convicted him of espionage

It was a BS charge unless the government considers the US public the "enemy". I am not saying what he did was smart. But freedom of the press has got to be protected. Whistler blowers need to be protected.

@dawnald he did not sell the information. he did not give it foreign governments. he gave it to a website that is for the purpose of exposing corruption and lies. how is that espionage?

@lilwonders456 You'd have to ask the judge as I don't see it as espionage either.

I had never heard of him prior to reading your post.

Probably more truth in that than you might think
