A Lot Of Money I'm Lost What Should I Do With It

ok so here's the thing i currently have around 1000$ i've been thinking about what to do with the money either i buy a ticket for only me with it to go to miami,Fl to visit my cousins (i have always wanted to go there) then i look at the money and i think like this is too much for a plane ticket maybe i should save the money for college which my parents would prefer me to do ***BTW*** i'm in 10th grade and my parents don't have a lot of money we do but not THAT much

I understand how complex this kind of question is. I have a friend that travels and she is happy she spends her money on this activity but she can afford to do it. For me I would love to but also think of my situation. What to do?
Even on a small scale should a person go to a movie or put the money to groceries (buy expensive ones I mean)? I guess it has to do with personal choice and money management.
