find a new hobby! take a day when you have no plans and go exploring, even if you live in a small neighborhood you can often find interesting activities going on that you had no ideas of. Sign up for a class...(check out public libraries and such for suggestions...)

Mr. Frost once said "Two roads diverged in a wood and I, I took the one less traveled by and that has made all the the difference."
Try changing things up a little. Take a different road. See what happens.
