So what exactly are we suppose to be doing? This site was not very descriptive in the sign up at all. I understand posting but posting what? Also, what do we get paid for specifically and how much for each thing? Is there anything I'm not allowed to do or post here? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

As far as what we're supposed to be doing goes... I'm not entirely sure these days. This used to be a great discussion forum but a lot of members left when they changed the format. Personally, I'm here to keep in touch with some of the friends I made over the years who haven't moved on to other sites. 
We don't get paid anything here anymore. Mylot used to pay, but they stopped doing that back in May. @Owlwings has come up with a guide that may help you find your way around here better. The community guidelines may help a bit, too.
