what in your opinion is the best thing "english" well despite being scottish i think there are indeed a few good things about oor sooth o the border chums their mustard is great on hotdogs!!! the english premier league is the best soccer league in the world by miles so come on folks give me your best things english

@cupkitties the geordie accent is hard for most non geordies to understand you should hear some of the scottish accents they would bemuse you

Dr. Who, Monty Python, Salisbury Cathedral, St. Paul's cathedral, The Beatles (no matter what you think about them), Mumford and Sons, Tom Hiddleston, meat pies, the British Museum (even if most of the things in there aren't British) and my friend Boz. Was going to say David Tennant, but I caught myself. He's Scottish, isn't he?

@dawnald the new docwho is a scot - mr p capaldi - oscar winner no less monty python is comedy - not english salisbury anything is nothing compared to salisbury plain the beatles - yeah - english - so what Mumford and Sons, Tom Hiddleston - who the geck are they and please no answer that the best pies are scotch pies boz sounds ok

Havent been in ur place but i wud think about those famous stone structures, accent, the attire for men - the skirt i wud say since i dont know wat its called- and in addtion to that, im wondering why men wear skirt. (Pls dont get me wrong, im just so curious)

the skirt you refer to is called a kilt http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kilt the stone structures we call houses lol unless you are talking about " cairns" or stone circles accents vary from region to region i speak like sean connery but i have more hair
