Is there any photo editing software to learn easy

i haven't any knowledge to Photoshop did you know similar software to editing images

If you want something as powerful as Photoshop, then you can use Gimp (which is free and available for Windows, Linux and, I believe, Mac). It is not particularly easy to learn but probably no harder than Photoshop. There are plenty of excellent tutorials for Gimp - just search for 'gimp tutorial'.
If all you want are some of the more basic, day-to-day functions, you could choose from many free packages which I'm sure you'd find more than adequate. I use IrfanView for things like minor optimizations, cropping and resizing and, for more complex editing, I find Paint.Net a very good and easy to use alternative which has a layers capability and many filters. Both of the above are freeware.

In this 50 minute VIDEO tutorial, we will start with an unretouched portrait of a girl, a photo anyone can take at home with their camera and transform it into some sort of fantasy character. We will go through every step I took to get the final result, from working on the skin, color grading, lighting and finishing with the background.
