Here's a handy tip: When responding to a e-mail or website that uses their own form and not allowing you to reply using regular e-mail: take a picture of the form before you hit send and if possible, cc (copy) the e-mail to your e-mail address. This is also a good idea if responding to an e-mail and you want to be sure that they got your message.
