I read that allergies only get worse. But do you have access to a naturopathic doctor? They can treat you with natural remedies, and sometimes those help a lot better than the commercial stuff.

i think perhaps you can seek advice from doctor cos it could be some kind of allergy bugging you. Do drink more water.

My doctor told me allergies do go away on their own but it takes time. I think the basics are good. Exercise, good food, water and rest give our bodies true health. Sometimes, we need to make an effort to stay away from our allergies and if not possible get medical help. I like natural cures though.
