i reach the outlook from my first job in coca cole company, in that time i used the version 2003, only few tools we can use like send/receive mails, calender booking... and after upgrade to 2007, we can write the task in the outlook and it will notice you timely. Also after 2007 version, most of the company publish the mails/calenders/tasks to the internet, we can use the phone to get the messages you want. Outlook is not only usefull in the business, it also very helpful in your life, like you can set up an outlook mail in your phone, outlook will help you remind the dating, the task.... Use it, will make your life convenience.
