There is this scamming social climber named Janet Napoles and she is a very wanted criminal in the Phillippines. She basically met some Politicians in some parties and she ask them to donate money for her charity NGO's, she earned Millions of dollars out of those donations. Guess what, her NGO doesnt exist and she is living a high life in the US of A. Some the taxes from the Hard earned cash of Filipino people ends up in her Daughter's 21's birthday somewhere in Hollywood. below is the video of her daughter's super expensive Hollywood party, I want to cry that some of my Taxes ends up in some Spoiled brat's party
