Cosplay Ideas for couple

Hi,
for anyone who does not know what is cosplay, it is a word for costume play. Cosplay-er will dress up as anime, manga, game, movie, etc. characters.
My boyfriend and I are beginners of cosplay and we need an idea for Comic-con in NYC which is comming this octorber. I already have cat ears so any costume realates to cat are welcome. However, we is open to other ideas as well.
Or you can just comment your favourite character and I will consider doing that if she or he is amazing~~~

Play characters who go together as a double act anyway, ie, Laurel And Hardy, Joker / Harlequin, It'll help people realize you are a couple. Whatever you go as have a fantastic time
