Want to make friends with you

I'm new here and I'm a Chinese guy,I want to improve my English and make friends with you.If you are interested in Chinese,that's wonderful,we can learn from each other.

I like to play Sims 3 the video game.
I enjoy it but can spend a lot of time playing it.
If it gives me something like for example changes my mood from upset to calm then I suppose it has value.
When I see I am spending too much time, I quit.
It is true though I can see how many computer activities and other activities are a waste of time.
It is good when you are aware of that.
