Back To School

Hello everyone. How are things? I know, I haven't said much, but I've been trying to think of stuff to write. Well it's that time of the when everyone goes back to school. This could be a blessing in disguise, or for some people it could be the worth thing ever. I can't say that I never liked it, but you always have those dreams of breaking out of the prison that they call school. Favourite subject was English. It was the only class where I could get away with taking a nap, and still do well - like no one has ever done that. But I also had some fun times in English class. I mean if you had a professor that could do the perfect English accent while teaching Shakespeare, you would enjoy it too. If it was possible, I would go back to high school so that I could reconnect with my old friends and teachers.

That must have been fun! I suppose that, by a 'perfect English accent', you mean a well-enunciated 'John Gielgud' kind of English. Shakespeare himself would have probably spoken with at least a touch of a Worcestershire accent with the 'r's noticably rolled, in fact, if a modern British English speaker today heard Shakespeare speak, he would probably wonder what part of America or Canada he came from! Americans, I believe, might have thought he came from Boston.
